Are the samples really free?
Yes. One set of 3 sample ads per brand, watermarked so you can judge the quality before you pay anything.
Who owns the ads?
You do, once the invoice is paid. That includes the right to run them in paid campaigns on any platform.
Can you use our real products?
Yes, and we always do. Send us your product photos and we build every ad around them, creating the people, places and movement to suit your brand.
How fast is it?
Free samples within 48 hours of a complete brief. Start Line ads within 48 hours of payment. Own Lane ads every month on a date we agree together.
Which platforms and formats?
Meta (Instagram and Facebook), TikTok and YouTube Shorts, sized as standard for vertical video (9:16) and feed posts (4:5). Square on request.
What counts as a change?
Edits to an ad we've made: wording, music, pacing, swapping a scene. Every delivery includes one round, with feedback within 7 days. A brand new concept counts as a new ad.
Are Start Line ads exclusive to us?
No. Start Line uses scenes from our ready-made campaigns, so another brand could use the same footage with their own branding. If you want ads made only for you, that is Own Lane.
How does the referral work?
Ask the brand to mention you in the "Who sent you?" box on the brief. When they buy, you both get 20% off your next order.
How do we pay?
By card through a secure Stripe link. Start Line is paid up front. Own Lane is paid at the start of each month, and you can cancel any month.
